*Please note that due to the fact that it's side adjustable, it is not great for training with the pulley directly in front of you since the cable would be to close to you. However, you can simply put the lever fully down or up and change the angle fully to the side. This way the pulley stays close to the middle and you can still train with the cable in front of you like with a regular pulley, but it's with a slight angle.
